Eligibility: Return unworn/unused items within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Items must have tags/packaging.
Final sale: Custom/personalized tees, opened beauty/cosmetics, and clearance items.
Damaged/Incorrect: Email  support@stylesnapz.com with your order # and photos within 7 days—we’ll replace or refund.
How to start a return: Email support@stylesnapz.com with your order # and the item(s) you’re returning. We’ll reply with next steps.
Costs: Return shipping is on the customer unless we made a mistake or the item is defective.
Processing: Allow 3–5 business days after we receive your return to issue store credit.
TikTok/Marketplace orders: Marketplace return rules may apply; we’ll follow the posted terms for that order.
