At Endure Co., we stand behind every piece we make. We want you to love what you ordered, and if something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Return & Exchange Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

How It Works

All returns and exchanges must be initiated through our Contact page. Once we receive your request, we’ll provide instructions for the next steps.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Wrong Size

Need a different size? No problem. Contact us within 14 days of delivery, send the item back in its original condition, and we’ll exchange it for the correct size.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue.

Upon verification, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. In most cases, a return will not be required.

Refunds

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you purchased through TikTok Shop, please initiate your return directly through the TikTok Shop app under:

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
